My Ambition Properties operates a simple property investment model. We only buy properties in areas we have thoroughly researched at a price we know is below market value. We then carry out high quality renovations, adding value to the property and attracting high rental yield and good quality tenants.
By becoming a property investor with us, you can choose how much money you invest (a minimum of £2,000). The minimum investment duration is 12 months, during which time you will receive an 8% return on your capital.

At the end of the 12 month term, you may choose to reinvest your capital investment (with or without interest), or you may wish to invest for a shorter amount of time, which can be arranged on a pro-rata basis.

At the end of the 12 month term, you will have the choice of reinvesting your money into another project or you can walk away – it’s that simple.
